Objection to Withdrawal of Limited Scope Appearance Sample

Description: Attorneys may enter into limited scope representation agreements with clients but must disclose the exact nature and scope of their services. If they then want to withdraw from such limited scope representation they must provide notice to their client and the court. If a client feels that the attorney has not fulfilled their obligations they may file an objection to the notice of withdrawal such as the sample included here.
