Brandon D. Minde is a Partner with DH&D. He focuses on federal and state criminal defense, complex litigation, business disputes, and government regulatory matters.
Mr. Minde was selected as one of the 2016 NJBIZ Forty Under 40, honoring men and women under the age of 40 who have made headlines in their field and share a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community. In 2015, he was named a New Leader of the Bar by the New Jersey Law Journal, a designation given to only 50 lawyers in New Jersey. He was also named a Rising Star by New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Super Lawyers gives this designation to less than 2.5 percent of New Jersey attorneys recognized as the top up-and-coming attorneys under 40 years old.
Mr. Minde runs DH&D’s criminal defense practice. Earlier in his career, he served as an Essex County Assistant Prosecutor in the Corruption Unit, where he managed investigations and conducted prosecutions of corruption, fraud, government misconduct, and other white-collar crimes. He received training in economic crimes and financial investigations from the National White Collar Crime Center and cyber-crime and computer forensics from the National Computer Forensics Institute. He was appointed as a Special Deputy NJ Attorney General to lead a joint investigation into election fraud through absentee ballots which culminated in several convictions. He also served in the Adult Trial Section, where he represented the state in proceedings for all criminal offenses pre- and post-indictment, including grand jury proceedings, and conducted jury trials. He is an appointed member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the District of NJ, where he represents individuals in criminal actions in federal court.
Mr. Minde served as Executive Director of the State of NJ Government Records Council, the agency that adjudicates complaints filed under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA). He served as Assistant Counsel to Governor Christie from December 2010- March 2013, providing advice and counsel to the Governor and the Chief Counsel to the Governor on legislative, legal, regulatory, and policy initiatives.
Mr. Minde began his legal career at McCarter & English in the Securities Litigation, Government Relations and White-Collar Defense Group, conducting a wide range of civil and criminal trial practice involving general litigation, investigations and disputes.
Mr. Minde is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. He received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and B.A. from Muhlenberg College.
Christopher G. Rohde, found ing Member of the Rohde Law Group, LLC, specializes in Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Admi nistration and Elder Law incl ud ing Medicaid and Asset Protection Planni ng and assisting clients with the Med icaid application process and qualification for long term care.

Mr. Rohde has experience with the formation and administration of special needs trusts.
With his background as a Certified Public Accountant and a specialist in Estate Administration, Mr. Rohde prepares Estate and inheritance tax returns and hand les general tax matters for individuals and businesses.
He also advises clients on busi ness planning, incl udi ng the formation, purchase, sale and transfer of sma l l businesses.

Earlier, he was a tax consu ltant with the accounti ng firm of Ernst & Young, LLP in New York City. He had also served a one-year judicia l clerkshi p for the Assign ment Judge i n Passaic County.
He was admitted as a member of the Bar i n the State of New Jersey in 1996 and admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1998. He graduated from Seton Hall U niversity. W. Paul Stillman School of Business and Seton Hall School of Law.
Lan Hoang focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in the areas of financial fraud and asset recovery, intellectual property, business torts, insolvency, professional malpractice, breach of contract and insurance coverage. Her experience involves proceedings in federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations. Lan served on the Supreme Court of New Jersey District Ethics Committee, District V-A from 2010 through 2014, investigating and prosecuting grievances against New Jersey attorneys charged with unethical conduct under the Rules of Professional Responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She also served on ethics hearing panels considering grievances against attorneys.
Lan is on the faculty of the Practicing Law Institute and has served as chair for the New Jersey Basic CLE Marathon. She also is the former co-chair of the firm’s New York Women's Committee, and a current member of the New York office’s Diversity Committee and Recruiting Committee.

Represented, as lead attorney, the Securities Investor Protection Act Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC in recovery actions against hedge funds, funds of funds, investment banks, and other financial institutions and fiduciaries.
Counseled a major financial, publishing and business services company in connection with data distribution and licensing agreements.
Represented a government authority in a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation regarding auction rate securities.
Represented a multimillion-dollar investor in securities, corporate governance and breach of contract disputes regarding ownership of an importer attempting to pioneer the U.S. distribution of China-built vehicles.
Represented a foreign national in a multibillion-dollar, multijurisdictional trusts and estate dispute.
Defended an international electronics manufacturer and distributor in nationwide consumer fraud class actions.
Robin C. Bogan is a partner at the law firm of Pallarino & Bogan, L.L.P., in Morristown, New Jersey. She has devoted her practice to family law and related matters for twenty years. As an experienced trial attorney, she is known for her thorough preparation, quick-thinking on cross-examination, and creative and clear presentation of difficult material. Ms. Bogan is sensitive to the needs of her clients and in many cases she reaches an amicable resolution of family law disputes through artful negotiation and mediation.
Ms. Bogan is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. She is also actively involved in the legal community. She is a Past President for the Morris County Bar Association and a Past President of the Morris County Bar Foundation. She serves as Treasurer of the Executive Committee for the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association that reviews New Jersey legislation impacting family law issues. Ms. Bogan has lectured on family law issues for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, Practising Law Institute, the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court, and for the Morris County Bar Association. Her articles on family law issues have appeared in several professional publications.
Ms. Bogan received her J.D. in June 1996 from Seton Hall University School of Law. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Richmond in May 1993. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, the Presiding Judge of the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Somerset County from 1996 to 1997.
Steven A. Torrini has over fifteen years of experience in many areas of civil litigation, including toxic tort litigation, environmental contaminations, product liability, construction accidents, construction defects, and fire loss. Mr. Torrini has extensive experience with cases involving traumatic brain injury as well as chemical, lead paint, mold and asbestos exposures. In addition, Mr. Torrini regularly handles matters involving catastrophic injuries which implicate the New York Labor Laws, including alleged violations of Sections 240(1) and 241(6).
Additionally, Mr. Torrini has significant experience representing insurers in first-party property coverage disputes concerning commercial and residential losses; insurance fraud; environmental losses; commercial construction losses; construction defects; and torts involving commercial property. Mr. Torrini regularly defends the firm’s insurance clients in these matters and advises those clients regarding contract formation, contract interpretation, and strategy.
Mr. Torrini has handled matters throughout the United States and has acted as counsel for real estate owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers with respect to large scale construction projects.
Mr. Torrini has direct involvement in mediations, hearings, trials, and appeals.
After receiving his law degree in 2000 from Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Torrini clerked for the Honorable Patrick F.X. Fitzpatrick, J.S.C., during the 2000 – 2001 term and also worked at two well-known law firms prior to joining Mound Cotton Wollan and Greengrass in 2005.
Mr. Torrini received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University School of Business in 1996 with a major in Finance and a minor in Psychology.
William (Bill) Wilson is a partner with the law firm of Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass. Since 1998, he has been responsible for running the Firm's New Jersey office. Bill’s practice focuses primarily on the handling of first-party and third-party insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes. In addition, he regularly handles commercial contract disputes, and products liability, employer liability, premises liability, and general tort claims.
Bill has over twenty-five years of experience, and has litigated cases in state and federal courts in New Jersey and throughout the United States. He is admitted to the New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania bars, the United States Supreme Court, and a number of other federal courts.
He is a frequent lecturer and has published a number of articles on insurance issues and general litigation topics. He is a co-author of New Jersey Insurance Coverage Litigation - 2015: A Practitioner’s Guide, which is published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, a division of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Bill also is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he teaches New York Practice, and the author of NJInsuranceBlog.com.
