Specimen Provisions from Patent License Agreements

When an "owner" has acquired the rights to certain technology, this form of Patent License Agreement sets forth specific provisions which will enable a potential "licensee" and a current "owner" to reach agreement on the exclusive or non-exclusive use of that technology by the licensee.
