Bank of America-LaSalle Bank Stock Purchase Agreement

Description: This appendix contains the Purchase and Sale Agreement pursuant to which Bank of America acquired from ABN AMRO Bank, a Netherlands company, all of the stock of ABN AMRO North America Holding Company, a Delaware corporation.
