Gross Revenue Lease Definition Clause

Description: Percentage rent clauses in leases for retail space can be useful to the tenant to reduce upfront expenses. One way to calculate percentage rent is based on gross revenues. However, the tenant should be careful to clearly define what is included and excluded from the definition of gross revenues such as in the the sample clause included here.
