Model Agreement to Limited Scope Representation in Bankruptcy
Consumer Bankruptcy Cases 2013 ( Edition)
Book Publication Date:
Attorneys providing services to clients in bankruptcy must be mindful of their state ethics responsibilities, the requirements of the Bankruptcy Code, and even fiduciary duties.
Additionally, clients in bankruptcy often cannot afford representation.
All this makes limited scope representation with informed consent of the client an appropriate option.
This form provides a model agreement to limited scope representation for a consumer bankruptcy case.
