Description: In the event of an incident involving the release of hazardous substances a company may be subject to investigations by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) or the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB). The company will then have to enter into an evidence and site control agreement, such as the one included here, to establish procedures for sampling, testing, and preserving and collecting evidence.
