Under New York law persons receiving or applying for disability benefits and social services are entitled to a fair hearing before an administrative law judge if they have been denied benefits, have had their benefits cut off, and many other reasons.
To request a fair hearing a person must submit this fair hearing request form to the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA).
