Description: Customers may sometimes require customized software that requires software development services by the vendor or a third party. Such a software development agreement may be called a services agreement and will set out fees, acceptance procedures, servicing procedures, ownership of intellectual property and other standard terms as well as a statement of work describing the nature of the development to be done.
