Jill A. Centella, is a Managing Director, Global Head of Litigation, Government Investigations and Human Resources Legal for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Ms. Centella graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1993 and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1993. Ms. Centella has been with JPMorgan Chase or its predecessor entities since 1997. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Ms. Centella was an associate at Jones, Day in Chicago and was a Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Holderman in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Jill has been married to her husband, Whit Kuhn, a public school teacher, for 23 years, and they have two children. Julia is 21 and Luke is 18.
Marla Crawford is a graduate of Duke University and a magna cum laude graduate of the Boston University School of Law. Marla is currently a Vice President, Associate General Counsel in the Litigation Group of the Legal Department at Goldman Sachs where she has diverse responsibilities, including managing the Firm’s global e-discovery efforts, managing civil litigation and regulatory matters, and advising on issues of law and technology. She practiced law at Jones Day for 25 years, specializing in the discovery phase of litigation. She has worked on securities law, product liability, commercial, bankruptcy and employment law cases concentrating on electronic discovery issues. Marla's expertise involves counseling corporations with respect to the preservation, collection, review and production of electronic information. Marla is a regular speaker on electronic discovery issues.
Pierre M. Gentin is a partner in the litigation group at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel LLP. He represents clients in non-public disputes, litigation, investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters, with a focus on the financial services sector. Before joining Cahill in 2015, Mr. Gentin served for nearly two decades as a Managing Director in various senior legal and risk positions at Credit Suisse AG, including Global Head of Litigation, Regulatory Investigations, and Employment Law, and Head of Reputational Risk for the Americas. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Gentin served in the U.S. Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. He graduated from Princeton University, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and from Columbia Law School.
Mimi is the General Counsel of Litigation for the Institutional Client Group at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Mimi has been with the firm for 32 years and has spent the last 9 years concentrating on credit crisis related litigation and regulatory matters, including RMBS, CDS and CDO related litigations. The group that Mimi manages is responsible for the defense of litigations arising out of, among other areas, the Markets businesses, Investment Banking and the Private Bank.
