FAR Mandatory Disclosure Rule: An Overview of Exposure Analyses Under GSA Schedule Contracts

Jeff has been with Baker Tilly since 2005. He has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience in both government contracting and commercial environments, providing a broad range of pricing, contract compliance and dispute/litigation related services to government contractors and their legal counsel. He frequently works with clients to support their federal market goals, to include the preparation of GSA and VA Federal Supply Schedule proposals and option exercise packages, and guidance and assistance on several Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) programs, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs, and other agency procurements. He assists his clients with audit package preparation, commercial item determinations and pricing support, contract claims, contractor self-disclosures, and to prepare economic damages analyses. Jeff has extensive experience working with contractors and their counsel during Office of Inspector General (OIG) audits, Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations, and in defense of qui tam suits brought under the False Claims Act. Jeff has also worked with contractors to identify and mitigate compliance risks, prepare cost impact analyses, and perform financial due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Jeff’s experience in these areas serves him well when he works with contractors to proactively achieve their goals in the federal market.

 


Leo has 13 years of experience working with federal contractors on a broad range of government contract pricing, compliance, audit and dispute related matters.  His experience spans operational and compliance issues related to GSA/VA FSS contracts, capture support for Best-in-Class contract solutions, FAR 15 Price Proposal management and development, Commercial Item Determinations, and contract management support. Within the context of GSA/VA FSS contracts, Leo has supported clients through historical pricing analyses, compliance program implementation, Mandatory Disclosure investigations, and pre-and post-award OIG audits.
