Cydney Tune is Senior Counsel at Pillsbury's San Francisco office, and leads the firm's Copyrights practice and Media & Entertainment industry team. Her practice includes a wide variety of intellectual property and entertainment issues, including copyrights and trademarks, as well as a broad array of licensing, E-Commerce and rights enforcement matters. She represents a variety of clients—large and small, domestic and foreign, and in many different industries.
The Daily Journal named Ms. Tune one of 2008's Top 10 Copyright Lawyers in California and listed her among California's top "25 licensing specialists" in 2010. She is regularly voted by her peers as among the Best Lawyers in America in the Entertainment Law—in both the Music and Media Law categories. She has also been named a “Super Lawyer” in intellectual property. She is a frequent speaker and author on topics pertaining to intellectual property, entertainment licensing and the convergence of entertainment and technology.

Kelly is the General Counsel of Manticore Games, developer of Core, an “endless universe of games to play and worlds to explore designed by a global community of creators”. Core rewards its content creators with earned credits redeemable for fiat currency.
Prior to joining Manticore, Kelly was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Linden Lab, creator of Second Life, and a Director of its payments subsidiary Tilia Inc. (registered as a money services business with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and licensed as a money transmitter in all U.S. states and territories where licenses are required) which powers virtual currencies such as Second Life’s Linden Dollar (L$).
As an industry veteran with more than 15 years in the interactive entertainment industry, she plays an instrumental role in providing legal guidance for her company’s corporate affairs, product development, intellectual property portfolios, privacy practices and regulatory compliance. Conway joined Linden Lab from Trion Worlds, Inc. where she was Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs after nearly six years as part of the legal and business affairs team of Sony Online Entertainment (SOE).
Riaz Karamali is a counselor and deal-maker who assists clients with negotiating and closing domestic and international venture finance, private equity, M&A and technology transactions.
Riaz has worked with hundreds of startup and emerging companies, guiding them from their pre-founding stages through their seed and venture capital financing rounds, significant commercial contracts and strategic alliances to their ultimate exit transactions. He has acted as outside general counsel to many such privately held companies in a wide range of industries, including the blockchain/cryptocurrency, video game, SaaS, FinTech, food tech, biotechnology, semiconductor, energy and medical device sectors.
