This appendix contains the Purchase and Sale Agreement pursuant to which Bank of America acquired from ABN AMRO Bank, a Netherlands company, all of the stock of ABN AMRO North America Holding Company, a Delaware corporation.
ABN AMRO owned all of the stock of LaSalle Bank, a Chicago based bank.
The agreement is Exhibit d.2.01 to Bank of America’s 8-K filed April 22, 2007.
