FTC Holder Rule Notice

Description: Under 16 C.F.R. 433, the FTC Holder Rule, lenders of purchase money or financing to consumers in the ordinary course of business must include the notice included here. The notice states that any holder of the consumer debt is subject to the same claims and defenses as the consumer would have against the seller of the goods or services for which the debt was incurred.
