Defamation Cease and Desist Letter

If a client believes that false and defamatory statements have been published about them on the internet, the first step is to send a cease and desist letter to the offending party.
This form provides a template for a cease and desist letter demanding retraction of the false and defamatory statements, notice to third parties of the falsehood of the statements, and reputation management assistance among other things.
