Under New York law persons receiving or applying for disability benefits and social services are entitled to a fair hearing before an administrative law judge if they have been denied benefits, have had their benefits cut off, and many other reasons.
If an issue has been resolved, a person may request to withdraw a fair hearing by submitting this form to OTDA.
