USCIS Form I-912 Request for Fee Waiver

A person is eligible for naturalization if they are 18 years of age, meet residence and physical presence requirements, are of good moral character and can pass a citizenship test.
A person applying for naturalization on Form N-400 may also submit Form I-912 to request a fee waiver for their application.
