A county welfare department that believes it has overpayed benefits or overissued food stamps to a welfare recipient must issue a Notice of Action to the recipient in order to recover the overpayments.
This form is a benefit claimant's position statement arguing that the Administrative Law Judge has jurisdiction to hear the claimant's challenge to the welfare department's actions.
