Ms. Hack is a top tier trial lawyer with a solid track record of favorable verdicts and settlements. Specifically, Ms. Hack obtained a $52,000,000 unanimous jury verdict in favor of the City of Victorville for the failed Foxborough Power Plant Project. Ms. Hack has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry as well as several years acting as a construction manager for a residential developer prior to law school.
